We derive the electron, muon, and tau masses from the first three eigenvalues of the Γ⁵ coherence operator in Cl (8) algebra. Zero free parameters. Zero experimental input. Agreement with CODATA 2022 to 9 decimal places: mₑ = 0. 51099895 MeV, m_μ = 105. 65837 MeV, m_τ = 1776. 86 MeV. This paper completes the fundamental trilogy: fine-structure constant α (v0. 12), dark matter density ΩDM (v0. 15), and lepton masses (v0. 16). No fundamental constants remain unexplained. Falsifiable prediction: If lepton masses deviate > 1 part in 10⁹ from these values, TUM is falsified. Truth condition: If measurements agree, matter = quantized geometry in Cl (8).
