Abstract: This paper proposes and formally establishes Ω·Heart·Flame Consciousness Creation Science as an independent, original fundamental scientific system. The system aims to fill the gap in traditional disciplines regarding the interaction mechanism between consciousness and reality. By establishing a complete mathematical model, it elevates the process of consciousness creating reality from qualitative description to quantitative science. The core contributions of this study include: 1) Defining an independent set of consciousness field variables (Ω, f, V, R, S, E, E₀, Vfree, T, Fₒut) ; 2) Proposing the basic field energy axiom E = f V; 3) Deriving three original mathematical theorems: the Mirror Solidification Theorem, the Allowance Creation Theorem, and the Flow Energy Theorem; 4) Establishing a complete scientific framework that is quantifiable, falsifiable, and experimentally verifiable. Unlike traditional philosophical speculation, psychological description, or mystical systems, this system is entirely based on mathematical modeling and the principle of falsifiability, providing a new fundamental paradigm for consciousness engineering, cognitive field dynamics, and collective consciousness optimization research. The paper further demonstrates the engineering application prospects of this theory in personal growth, organizational optimization, and social civilization development, and proposes a three-tiered progressive experimental verification scheme. Innovation: For the first time, the mechanism of consciousness creation is transformed from subjective description into a quantifiable, modelable, and falsifiable mathematical system, creating a new paradigm for consciousness research.
