Abstract

This paper introduces the Theory of Scalar Relativity, a conceptual and mathematical framework proposing that spatial and temporal coordinates are not intrinsic properties of the universe but scale-dependent conventions. The central argument holds that any finite distance D or time interval T, when normalized against the total extent of an infinite universe, yields a ratio tending to zero — implying that absolute spatial separation and temporal ordering are epistemically relative to the chosen scale of reference. The framework is developed formally through the Scale-Collapse Postulate and the Coordinate Equivalence Theorem, and is shown to converge naturally with Special and General Relativity, quantum non-locality, and the Alcubierre metric. A candidate physical mechanism based on high-frequency rotating electromagnetic fields is proposed, along with falsifiable experimental predictions.
