The purpose of this article is to describe a technique to improve interim prosthesis positioning during immediate complete-arch implant-supported prosthesis, reducing intraoperative adjustments and positioning errors. The protocol relies on an artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted computer-aided implant planning software program that uses virtual extraction socket morphology to design intrabony extensions on the intaglio surface of the interim prosthesis prior to pickup procedures.
