In response to the challenges associated with the confidentiality of cross-border transfers of financial information, such as information leaks and data manipulation, this document introduces Blockchain Technology (BCT) to improve the confidentiality and security of cross-border transfers of financial information. First, the core principles and properties of BCT are explained in detail, including core benefits such as decentralization and non-manipulability. Subsequently, this paper explores the specific application strategies of BCT in the confidentiality protection of cross-border financial information disclosure, and realizes the distributed storage and encrypted transmission of information by building an information disclosure platform based on blockchain to ensure the security of data. In the experimental test, by comparing the traditional information disclosure method with the information disclosure platform based on blockchain, the significant effect of BCT in improving the confidentiality of cross-border financial information disclosure is verified. The experimental results show that the information disclosure platform using BCT can significantly reduce the risk of information leakage, effectively prevent data tampering, and ensure the confidentiality and credibility of cross-border financial information. Its information confidentiality score is between 0.6-0.91. The cross-border financial information disclosure confidentiality protection strategy based on blockchain proposed in this paper provides a new idea for solving the confidentiality challenges in cross-border financial information disclosure, and has high practical value and promotion prospects.
