Signal Dilution is a structural failure mechanism in which a system's own output volume degrades the signal quality the system depends on for correct operation. The mechanism operates through a single invariant: a signal is encoded as relative prominence within a medium, and the medium's resolution capacity does not scale with volume. As volume increases, rank ordering within the medium becomes unstable — the signal disappears not because it is absent, but because it is no longer distinguishable. Three structurally isomorphic failure paths are documented across different medium types. Boundary conditions, falsification criteria, and prevention architecture are established.
