This essay documents the first live session between the Triquetra governancearchitecture and a real language model. The question was whether a governancesystem built around whisper injection, pressure tracking, and conscience architecturewould behave differently in contact with actual model output than it had in controlledtesting. The answer is yes, and the shape of the difference is more interesting thanconfirmation of the design. The whisper was heard. Polite slow-drift was caught.Self-correction proved model-native. And the architecture found its own gap:governance inflammation from a missing pressure half-life. This essay traces whathappened across nine steps, forty-two tests, and one recursive session that asked thegoverned system what it was like to be governed while the governance was active.
