Maqolada pedagogika institutlarida o‘zbek tilini o`qitish metodikasidan yaratilayotgan zamonaviy tadqiqotlar va ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalarning fanga tadbiq qilinish ahvoli, ta’lim jarayoniga zamonaviy texnologiyalarni joriy qilishni aniqlashtirish, zaruriy axborot infratuzilmasini yaratish, shuningdek, pedagog kadrlar texnologik kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab berilgan.
