Abstract

The Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) has offered a year-long Leadership Academy since 2017 and an Evidence-Based Practice Academy since 2019, providing nursing professional development practitioners with the knowledge and skills to implement their roles as leaders and champions for inquiry effectively. This article provides an overview of the academies, their evolution, and examples of organizational and patient impacts resulting from participants' projects.
