This dataset contains model inputs, configuration files, and outputs for the first basin-wide three-dimensional hydrodynamic and ice simulation of Great Slave Lake (GSL), Northwest Territories, Canada, developed using NEMO v5.0 with the SI³ sea-ice module. The simulation covers October 1997 through December 2001 at 1 km horizontal resolution with 81 vertical levels, driven by CaSR v3.2 atmospheric reanalysis forcing. The dataset includes: (1) a new digital bathymetry of Great Slave Lake constructed by ordinary kriging of all available depth soundings with a datum adjustment to the 1997 reference water level; (2) the complete NEMO model configuration, including namelists, XIOS output definitions, domain configuration, initial conditions, river mask files, and modified Fortran source files; (3) daily-averaged baseline model output for temperature, lake surface water temperature, evaporation, sea-ice concentration and thickness, and horizontal velocity; and (4) model output from four atmospheric sensitivity experiments in which air temperature and wind speed were uniformly perturbed by ±10%. All data are provided to enable full reproduction of the results and figures presented in Stankevicius et al. (2026, Geoscientific Model Development) , in review. Analysis scripts and model input generation code are archived in the accompanying code repository.
