This project contains a source-verifiable record package on pairwise cross-claim disturbance and cluster-level pressure under Admissibility in the TII framework. The project distinguishes pairwise cross-claim disturbance from cluster-level pressure and preserves the source structure, reading order, and traceability for this disturbance-side family of work. The package contains the pairwise disturbance record, the cluster-level pressure record, their source files, and project-level reading materials.
