Waterun Training package

The WATERUN Training Package has been developed within the framework of Task 6.3 Technology Transfer and Training Activities, with the objective of ensuring effective knowledge transfer from the Research and Technology Organisations (RTOs) to the industrial partners involved in the project.Coordinated by OiEau and implemented with the contribution of AIMEN, DCU, TUB, UFZ, AU and UNIVPM, the training programme provides structured learning materials and dedicated training sessions covering the main WATERUN products, methodologies and tools developed throughout the project. The training activities aim to strengthen the capacity of industrial partners to understand, implement and exploit project results within their operational contexts.The training package includes presentation materials, and case-study-based examples delivered during dedicated training sessions organised alongside the last project general assembly. To maximise the impact and sustainability of project outcomes, non-confidential training materials are made openly available for a wider audience of stakeholders through online dissemination channels.In addition, the training package contributes to the stakeholder empowerment strategy developed within WATERUN. Through the WATERUN Toolbox and associated training resources, stakeholders are supported in building the knowledge and skills required to make informed decisions related to urban runoff water management and pollution mitigation. The package therefore contributes to the broader objectives of capacity building, knowledge sharing and long-term uptake of WATERUN results beyond the project consortium.The training materials are intended for industrial partners, water utilities, public authorities, researchers, practitioners and other stakeholders interested in innovative approaches for urban runoff water management and water quality improvement.
