This study examines the reception of women-led Islamic preaching on YouTube in Bangladesh through the analysis of 5,249 user comments. Using quantitative sentiment analysis, it explores how audiences express support, criticism, and gendered attitudes toward women’s religious authority in digital Islamic spaces. The findings reveal significant patterns of gendered hostility, emotional expression, and audience engagement, highlighting the complex dynamics of religion, gender, and online participation in contemporary Bangladesh.
