Abstract

The Higher Dimensional Black Hole Leakage (HDBL) Theory presents a novel solution to the long-standing problem of anomalous galactic rotation curves. Using a unified calculation constant K 48, 400, this paper mathematically demonstrates over 99% predictive accuracy across diverse galaxies, including the Dark Matter-deficient NGC 1052-DF2.
