BsAbs enable precise dual recognition at the single-molecule level, demonstrating the specificity and modularity of this strategy. Controlled BsAb-F conjugation on mPEG nanoparticles improves SERS-based biosensing for ultrasensitive, multiplexed biomarker detection and supports broader applications in functional nanomaterial design.
