Preliminary Study on Screening Early Rice Varieties for Low Cadmium Accumulation in Grains and High Yield

Abstract

【目的】通过筛选江西省籽粒低镉高产早稻品种,为水稻籽粒低镉新品种的选育与推广提供材料基础。【方法】本研究选择江西省主推的59个早稻品种为材料,采用田间小区试验,测定水稻产量、糙米镉含量和镉富集系数,比较不同水稻品种分别在轻度和中度镉污染田镉富集差异。【结果】轻度镉污染田中,不同供试品种产量区间为5.1 ~ 8.9 t/hm2,产量差异显著;中度镉污染田中,产量区间为4.45 ~ 8.87 t/hm2,产量差异更加显著。轻度镉污染田中,各品种糙米镉含量区间为0.017 ~ 0.263 mg/kg,其中有50个品种均低于国家限量标准(0.200 mg/kg);中度镉污染田中,各品种糙米镉含量区间为0.028 ~ 0.484 mg/kg,其中有16个品种均低于国标。轻度镉污染田中,各品种糙米镉富集系数范围为0.06 ~ 0.85;中度镉污染下,各品种糙米镉富集系数范围为0.06 ~ 1.03。【结论】综合考虑水稻产量与糙米镉累积情况,初步筛选出轻度镉污染田适宜种植的籽粒低镉高产品种为中安7号、中安2号、启两优2216、中嘉早17、安优5020、兵两优518、陵两优739、洪优早1号、金珍优早丝、优I527等10个品种,而中安2号、洪崖早2号、启两优2216、中安7号、洪优早1号、中安早35和中嘉早17可作为江西稻区镉中度污染田适宜种植的籽粒低镉高产水稻品种。
