Abstract

This paper applies the Temporal Dynamics Framework to analyse quantum foam structure at the Planck scale. The analysis examines nesting modes and diagnostic properties of spacetime geometry through Universal Prime resonance patterns. The paper proposes that spacetime foam structure at the Planck scale reflects the same six Universal Primes 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13 that govern mathematical and nuclear structure at larger scales.
