The digital economy continues to grow in various ASEAN countries. Indonesia is the country with the largest digital economy value compared to other ASEAN countries. On the other hand, in Indonesia there are still inequalities in the use of digitalization, especially in the business sector. This could potentially affect Indonesia's economic growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of business digitalization on Indonesia's economic growth for the 2020, 2022, and 2023 periods by considering the different aspects of digitalization utilization between provinces in Indonesia. The variables used are economic growth (at current prices) as the dependent variable, electronic commerce, digital marketing, and digital payments as independent variables. The analysis is carried out with a quantitative descriptive approach, namely by describing the condition of the variables based on the data, then the data will be further analyzed by conducting panel data regression to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the electronic commerce variable has a significant positive effect on Indonesia's economic growth, the digital marketing variable has no effect on Indonesia's economic growth, and the digital payment variable has a significant negative effect on Indonesia's economic growth. With these findings, it is hoped that it can be a reference for various interested parties in efforts to develop digitalization to improve the economy.
