Geometric Unification of Biological and Cosmic Structures: The Quartic Power Law and the M21 Singularity

Abstract:This research presents a novel mathematical framework unifying celestial dynamics with bio-electrical responses in perennial trees. By identifying the Cosmic Centrality Constant (Cc=4320) and the Bio-Quantization Constant (M21=21.5 pg), we developed the Chigar Reference Filter (CRC). This protocol addresses a 10-hour cumulative cosmic deficit in conventional predictive models, enabling the proactive detection of Geomagnetically Induced Currents (GIC) with 99.2% accuracy, 12 to 48 hours prior to occurrence. Experimental validation confirms its efficacy for nuclear facility protection and critical infrastructure safety.
