For multi-attribute decision-making problems, a novel method is proposed in this paper, which combines intuitionistic fuzzy overlap functions with discrete Choquet integrals within the intuitionistic fuzzy measure's framework. This approach comprehensively accounts for attribute interdependencies and overlapping relationships in decision scenarios, effectively addressing limitations of existing Choquet integral-based methods. The validity of the proposed method has been verified through concrete case studies, thereby providing a new analytical tool for multi-attribute decision-making.
