The time that we live in and talk about is the modern age, our contemporaneity. In this sense our contemporary teaching is our contemporaneity, which is currently in between theory and practice. Our thoughts are presented in the paper in the direction of how current teaching bears the epithet ‘contemporary’ and resolves the question of dichotomy between theory and practice. The key questions that are in our main focus in this paper refer to what is characteristic for contemporary teaching and in which position is the theory-practice relation.
