This work investigates the physical localization of gravitational energy within the framework of Medium Space–Time Theory (SMT). Gravity is described as a nonlinear response of the elastic Φ-medium to baryonic matter rather than as curvature of empty spacetime. The study demonstrates how gravitational potential energy is stored directly in medium deformations and how this energy contributes dynamically to galactic rotation curves, gravitational lensing, and cluster-scale phenomena. The formulation naturally explains the apparent mass discrepancies in galaxies and clusters without invoking dark matter. The results establish gravity in SMT as a fully local and physically conserved energy process emerging from nonlinear medium dynamics.
