The Field Ontology: Bidirectional Gluon-Parenchyma Interaction and the F-Index Stability Framework

This preprint establishes the physico-mathematical foundations of Field Ontology. It presents a formal model where the universal substrate (the Parenchyma) interacts bidirectionally with gluon-mediated structural nodes. Building upon the recent AI-driven derivation of closed-form analytic expressions for tree-level gluon amplitudes (February 2026), this work demonstrates that these amplitudes function as the primary "root system" for material and informational stability. The paper introduces the TDS-Protocol (Topological Dynamic Streaming) and the Sovereign Filtering mechanism, both governed by the universal Index F (35, 145, 231).
