技工院校智慧教师数据管理系统的设计与应用研究

针对当前技工院校师资管理、教科研成果管理、课题申报等工作中存在的数据分散、流程烦琐、效率低下等问题，本文提出并设计了一套智慧教师数据管理系统。系统基于 ThinkPHP6.0+MySQL+Redis 技术栈，采用模块化架构设计，涵盖师资管理、教科研及竞赛成果收集与分析、课题申报与管理、工学一体化申报与管理、竞赛管理、实习管理及校园资产管理七大核心模块。通过数据整合与流程优化，实现了教师信息全生命周期管理、教科研成果智能归集、课题申报全流程电子化等功能。经实践验证，系统运行稳定、性能良好，显著提升了技工院校管理效率与决策科学性，为技工教育数字化转型提供了有效支撑。In response to issues such as scattered data, cumbersome processes, and low efficiency in current vocational technical schools' faculty management, teaching and research outcomes management, and project application processes, this paper proposes and designs an intelligent faculty data management system. Based on the ThinkPHP6.0+MySQL+Redis technology stack and adopting a modular architecture design, the system encompasses seven core modules: faculty management, collection and analysis of teaching, research, and competition outcomes, project application and management, work-integrated education application and management, competition management, internship management, and campus asset management. Through data integration and process optimization, it achieves functions such as full lifecycle management of faculty information, intelligent aggregation of teaching and research outcomes, and end-to-end electronic process for project applications. Practical implementation has verified the system's stable operation and excellent performance, significantly improving management efficiency and decision-making scientificity in vocational technical education, providing effective support for the digital transformation of vocational technical education.
