Abstract Background Non-Hodgkin lymphomas are a group of hematological malignancies that result from the uncontrolled proliferation of lymphoid cells. These malignancies are classified into different types based on histological structure and tumor cell type. This work describes a rare case of anaplastic large T cell lymphoma in an unusual anatomic location, the parotid gland. We have reported this case not through the classical presentation of patient information. Instead, we used the immunohistochemical description of the biopsy. Results The immunohistochemical study of parotid gland biopsy revealed an anaplastic large cell T-lymphoma with a CD3+, CD30+, and ALK− phenotype. Conclusion Anaplastic large cell lymphoma is a rare type of lymphoma. Its localization in the parotid gland is even rarer.
