The global economic system is undergoing a profound structural transformation driven by escalating geopolitical fragmentation, technological disruption, industrial re-shoring, and the rapid rise of artificial intelligence, generating unprecedented levels of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). Davos 2026 marked a critical inflection point in this transformation, signaling a decisive shift away from the classical globalization paradigm toward a new strategic economic order grounded in sovereignty, resilience, industrial security, and technological dominance. This paper introduces Intellinomics as a foundational analytical framework that reconceptualizes intelligence, data, and artificial intelligence as sovereign factors of production and core determinants of geopolitical power. By integrating geo-economic analysis with strategic scenario modeling, the study examines how economic statecraft, tariff weaponization, and technological rivalry are reshaping global production networks, trade governance, and national development trajectories. Through a comparative scenario analysis of three representative middle economies—Oman, Jordan, and Morocco—the paper demonstrates how differentiated strategic choices under VUCA conditions generate sharply divergent pathways, ranging from structural dependency and strategic marginalization to geo-economic elevation and sovereign resilience. The study ultimately offers a comprehensive conceptual and policy framework for decision-makers seeking to navigate systemic uncertainty, technological competition, and geopolitical realignment while safeguarding economic sovereignty and long-term strategic positioning in the post-globalization era.
