Corporate Constitutions:Danish Models of Corporate Legitimacy and Sustainability (DAMOCLES)

This paper is an expression of interest for a research application for the Velux-Foundation. The core idea is to analyze Danish corporate forms as stake-holder based alternatives to the shareholder-value paradigm. The presentation will relate this to neoliberalism in the sense, that neoliberalization in Denmark (and in the Nordics) will need to be a neoliberalization of a host of different corporate forms. Generally, neoliberalism will be understood as the proliferation of one specific corporate form (the publicly traded stock corporation) to all organizations and enterprises.
