Teaching Reform and Practice of Optoelectronic Practical Training Courses Led by the “Chief Designer Education Culture”

According to the “Outstanding Engineer Education and Training Program” organized and implemented by the Ministry of Education, combined with the requirements of the national defense science and technology top-notch innovative talent training system led by the “Chief Designer Education Culture” of our university, we have explored and reformed the teaching mode of the practical training courses for the major of optoelectronic information science and engineering in our university from various aspects, such as curriculum ideology and politics, national defense education, scientific research and industry-education integration. This has promoted the construction of national and provincial first-class undergraduate majors, cultivated students’ spirit of patriotism and dedication, and enhanced students’ practical abilities and innovative consciousness. It has formed a new pattern of high-quality talent training system led by the “Chief Designer Education Culture”, a new mode of cultivating innovative talents in the new era of scientific research and education, and a new mechanism for talents training based on the integration of production and education with school-enterprise cooperation. It has effectively improved students’ comprehensive qualities and the quality of training. So that the students have certain embryonic characteristics of “Chief Designer” in “superb professional skills, strong systematic, emphasize practice, assume the responsibility”.
