The Dialectic of the Contemporary Arab State: Structural Problems and Structural and Intellectual Crises (The State of Qatar as a Model)

The research addresses the challenges faced by the State of Qatar in the context of building a modern Arab state. It highlights how Qatar navigates regional and international crises through effective strategies such as soft diplomacy, internal and external security enhancement, and economic development based on natural resources. The study analyzes Qatar's political, social, cultural, economic, and technological characteristics and reviews its historical and structural crises. It aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Qatar’s experience in achieving stability and establishing strong national institutions amid complex global changes. The research aims to analyze the process of building the contemporary Arab state in Qatar by studying the crises it has experienced. The research also seeks to understand Qatar's role in achieving internal and external stability, and how to build its political, economic, and social institutions within a complex regional and international context. The descriptive approach to describe phenomena, as well as the analytical approach: This approach will be used to analyze and interpret the political, economic, and social situation in Qatar, and to study how the state was built in this context. The historical approach: Through it, the stages of development of the State of Qatar will be traced, and the crises it has gone through.
