Online shopping has become an important part of modern consumer life due to the rapid growth of internet usage and digital technology. Consumers prefer online shopping because it offers convenience, time saving, a wide variety of products, and easy access at any time. This study aims to analyze consumer buying behavior toward online shopping and to identify the factors that influence their purchase decisions. The study focuses on factors such as price, product quality, payment methods, delivery services, and consumer satisfaction. Data for the study was collected through a structured questionnaire to understand consumer preferences and experiences in online shopping. The findings of the study help in understanding consumer expectations and the challenges faced while shopping online. Overall, the study highlights the growing importance of online shopping and its influence on consumer buying behavior in the digital marketplace.
