The Theory of Space Dynamism proposes that space is not a passive geometric background but an intrinsically active and oscillatory medium. In this framework, the fundamental constituent of reality is the Prismion, a hypothesized elementary unit representing localized excitations of a dynamic space field. Unlike conventional approaches that infer spatial structure from matter distributions, this theory treats space as a primary entity from which matter, energy, and spacetime curvature emerge through collective Prismion dynamics. An effective field formulation is introduced to describe these dynamics, enabling quantitative predictions that are, in principle, testable. These include potential energy dependence in photon propagation, systematic residual structures in galaxy rotation curves, and the emergence of effective cosmological parameters without invoking additional dark components as independent entities. By reinterpreting the relationship between space, time, matter, and energy within a unified dynamical framework, the theory provides an alternative perspective on phenomena commonly attributed to dark matter and dark energy, and offers a possible mechanism for the observed expansion behavior of the universe. This approach aims to establish a coherent foundation for exploring cosmic evolution beyond the standard ΛCDM paradigm. Dr. Rakibul Hasan Email: rakibrpmc2021@gmail.com
