近年来,多齿手性大环配体在不对称催化中的研究得到广泛关注,通过大环分子空腔的预组织、限域效应以及大环的手性空腔,以期实现催化活性和对映选择性的提高。本文利用一类c2对称的n6-手性大环配体, 成功实现了钌催化芳香酮化合物的高效、高对映选择性转移氢化和氢化反应,以高达99%的分离产率和95%的对映体过量成功制备了一系列手性醇化合物;而且,大环配体的催化活性和/或对映选择性显著优于其开链类似物,表现出显著的大环配体效应.
