**SHVS Meta-Capacity v2.0 (March 27, 2026)** This is the first work in a series of interconnected studies on Meta-Capacity Theory. This paper introduces the concept of meta-capacity as an integral property of the human system that determines the scale of individual influence within social and cultural hierarchies. The proposed framework conceptualizes personality as a dynamic system capable of accumulating, retaining, and directing psychological energy. The theory integrates perspectives from personality psychology, systems theory, and complexity science. Within the proposed “Battery Model of Personality,” meta-capacity is determined by three core components: structural capacity, energy blockages, and energy allocation. A simplified formal model is introduced to describe the interaction between these factors and their influence on the accessibility of psychological energy. The theory suggests that differences in individual meta-capacity explain the uneven distribution of influence within human societies and contribute to the emergence of social hierarchies.
