Next-to-leading-order corrections to PMNS and CKM mixing angles, derivation of neutrino mass spectrum (m₁=0 exact, m₃=49. 491 meV, normal ordering, Dirac), strong coupling αₛ (MZ) =0. 11799 from torsion self-energy, Higgs quartic λ=1/8, and W boson mass 80. 366 GeV. All from cell integers of the truncated octahedron.
