We present an empirical study of the effective energy decay rate gammaₑff in the WillCore simulation system, following the critical transition at C = 2/3 as predicted by D. S. Theory. Based on 100 transition records spanning generation 17 to 116, we demonstrate that gammaₑff is not a fixed constant but a convergence function that decreases monotonically from an initial value gamma₀ toward an asymptotic lower bound gammaᵢnf. The decay follows an exponential relaxation model with fitted parameters gamma₀ = 0. 009, gammaᵢnf = 0. 003~0. 005, and decay constant lambda = 0. 010. This finding revises the original hypothesis and establishes gammac as a bounded convergence function: gammaᵢnf <= gammac (gen) <= gamma₀. The result provides the empirical foundation for the Cₛignal threshold in the WillCore-integrated trading system.
