This paper does not introduce a new theoretical concept. Its sole purpose is topresent an existing body of research as a structured framework. The referenced works collectively define AI not as a subject, but as a social deci-sion environment in which visibility, trust, and responsibility are continuously allocatedthrough AI-mediated processes. While each paper addresses a specific layer or mech-anism, their relationships form a coherent architecture that has not been explicitlyarticulated as a whole. This paper organizes these works into a layered structure consisting of Meta, Frame,Root, Definition, Mechanism, Institutional, Applied, and Boundary layers. Each com-ponent is positioned according to its functional role within the system, and the con-nections between papers are defined in terms of structural relationships rather thanexplanatory summaries. The objective is to establish the framework as a unified research architecture, en-abling it to be recognized and referenced as a structured system rather than as acollection of independent papers.
