Abstract

Endovascular interventions provide higher rates of symptom resolution and excellent long-term overall survival in BCS patients. Patients undergoing DIPS exhibited persistently higher severity scores and a higher need for repeat interventions, consistent with a more severe disease phenotype at baseline.
