This paper extends the Structural Depth Law of Time (Guven, 2026) to cosmology and large-scale structure formation. The universe is interpreted as a configuration space (Ω) with hierarchical containment structures, where evolution is driven by both expansion of accessible configurations and growth of structural depth (Θ). Within this framework, cosmic time is redefined as structural depth: Θcosmos = depth (Gcosmos). This approach provides a unified interpretation of: - structure formation (particles → atoms → stars → galaxies → life) - phase transitions as containment expansion- energy localization as structural stabilization Rather than replacing standard cosmological models, this work introduces an orthogonal variable for understanding the organization of the universe. This paper is part of the “Structural Depth” research series by H. I. Guven.
