Abstract This perspective illustrates how ancient principles of Ayurveda can catalyze the development of intelligent healthcare systems through the Ayurgenomics framework. It demonstrates, through examples, how Prakriti constructs, shaped by genetic, environmental, and spatiotemporal factors, reveal the molecular basis of biological intelligence and unify concepts of individuality, adaptation, and systems regulation from the cellular to the phenomic level. Translational instances where Trisutra -based reasoning enabled molecular discovery and therapeutic repurposing are highlighted, extending this logic to emerging infections such as coronavirus disease 2019, rare diseases, and environmental transitions through the Anukta Vyadhi framework. The article underscores the need for integrative frameworks that bridge traditional and modern medicine, addressing polypharmacy, disease complexity, and evidence generation beyond conventional clinical trials. It also emphasizes capacity building among Ayurveda graduates to contemporize foundational tenets through technology. Embedding Ayurveda’s cognitive architecture within multiomic and artificial intelligence-driven paradigms can enable adaptive health responses to climate change and other global challenges.
