This preprint presents a formal geometric unification picture within the TEBAC 9D framework, illustrating how an effective four-dimensional Lagrangian may arise from a higher-dimensional bulk geometry through compactification, dimensional reduction, and internal geometric organization. The note is designed as a conceptual and structural bridge between the higher-dimensional TEBAC background and the effective 4D field-theoretic description. The central figure summarizes the intended architecture: a structured 9D bulk geometry, interpreted together with internal dimensions and rotational-time structure, gives rise to an effective 4D space-time description with gravitational, gauge, and Higgs-sector terms. In this presentation, gravity is interpreted as descending from bulk curvature, gauge contributions are associated with internal symmetry structure, and Higgs-sector terms are linked to residual internal-topological organization. This work is presented as a formal and programmatic preprint. Its purpose is to clarify the geometric interpretation of the effective 4D Lagrangian inside the broader TEBAC 9D research program, rather than to claim a fully closed phenomenological derivation at this stage. The manuscript is intended as a conceptual reference and visual synthesis for the higher-dimensional-to-effective-theory map.
