We introduce the Planck Lattice, a logarithmic coordinate system referenced to the Planck frequency (fP ≈ 1. 855 × 10⁴3 Hz), where address a (f) = |log₁₀ (f / fP) |. Surveying 32 species from 7 phyla, we find that all 24 species with complex neural circuitry (Neural Complexity Index = Complex) produce waking oscillations at a single integer address (42, spanning 5. 87–58. 7 Hz), while 8 species with simpler architectures occupy addresses 42–44. This concentration is statistically significant (exact hypergeometric p = 1. 5 × 10⁻⁶; Monte Carlo p < 10⁻⁵ across three null models). Bootstrap confidence intervals on the mean continuous address (42. 085 42. 006, 42. 161) and modality stratification confirm robustness. We propose that this convergence reflects shared biophysical constraints on neural signalling invisible in conventional units. The framework offers testable predictions for under-sampled taxa. All data, code, and Monte Carlo simulations are provided for independent verification. v4. 2 (9 April 2026): All three errata corrections applied in manuscript body — p-value corrected (3. 3 × 10⁻⁶ → 1. 5 × 10⁻⁶), taxonomic descriptor corrected ("nine phyla" → "seven phyla"), Sepia reference corrected (Bullock 1984 → Bullock (2) Abstract p-value corrected from 3. 3 × 10⁻⁶ to 1. 5 × 10⁻⁶; (3) "nine phyla" corrected to "nine major taxonomic groups (five phyla). " No findings affected. We define the Planck-frequency address of a periodic process asaf (f) = |log10 (f / fP) |, where fP = 1/TP = 1. 855 × 10⁴3 Hz isthe Planck frequency. When this metric is applied to neural oscillationdata from 32 species spanning nine phyla, a striking pattern emerges: every organism with a complex neural architecture (defined independentlyby neuron count) produces dominant waking oscillations at integeraddress 42, regardless of body mass, neuron count, or phylogeneticposition. Organisms with primitive nerve nets oscillate at address 43. This phylogenetic sorting is statistically significant (exacthypergeometric p = 1. 5 × 10^-6). Address 42 is simultaneously atwin-prime cavity and the Planck-radius address of Earth. Fiveindependent lineages spanning 600 million years of evolution convergedon address 42. State-dependent address transitions are reported: humanwaking EEG maps to address 42 while sleep delta maps to address 43. All data, code, and Monte Carlo simulations are provided forindependent verification.
