This paper proposes that quantum entanglement is not a transmission problem but an access problem. Three load-bearing word replacements — Travel to Access, Stored to Ambient, Separated to Expressed — dissolve three century-old paradoxes. Information at the quantum level is proposed to be ambient: a permanent property of the shared substrate from which all mass and energy are expressed. The conservation of mass and energy establishes that everything shares one substrate. Entanglement is two expressions of that substrate reading the same ambient property simultaneously. Convergences with Bohm's Implicate Order, quantum field theory, and Spinoza's substance monism are identified independently.
