Deliverable 4.1 (D4.1) of the TAICo (Teacher-AI Complementarity) project forms part of Work Package 4 (WP4), which focuses on understanding how teachers can be prepared for effective teacher–AI complementarity through professional learning approaches. With particular attention to the competences required to work with AI in educational settings, this deliverable aims to conceptualise the TAICo Professional Learning Framework for AI-enhanced teaching, link competence development to situation-specific professional reasoning processes, and propose research- and practice-informed approaches to professional development that support human-centred and pedagogically meaningful teacher–AI complementarity.
