This paper examines recent research trends in electronics cooling and thermal management. A total of 98 papers were published in this field, covering various topics such as electronics cooling technologies, heat pipe and heat exchanger performance enhancement, thermal design for defense applications, thermal management of defense electronic systems, and data center thermal management. With the increasing demand for high-performance electronic devices and energy-efficient cooling technologies, research in these areas has been actively conducted. In the electronic cooling sector, studies on phase-change cooling, heat transfer enhancement, and alternative working fluids have been widely explored. In the defense sector, the development of advanced thermal management solutions for avionics and military radar system s is accelerating. Studies on light weight and high-efficiency heat dissipation technologies are also gaining attention. In addition, scalable and high-efficiency cooling solutions for data centers are emerging as a key research focus in response to increasing AI- driven power densities.
