This research paper presents a comprehensive DevOps implementation framework for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system designed for educational institutions. The paper documents the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) from code development through production deployment, emphasizing automation, scalability, and reliability. Our approach demonstrates how modern DevOps practices can be applied to complex multi-tier web applications, providing significant improvements in deployment frequency, system reliability, and development velocity. The system supports 5000+ concurrent users across 40+ languages and employs a comprehensive DevOps stack including GitHub Actions/Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, AWS cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and real-time monitoring. Our implementation reduces deployment time from over four hours (manual) to 15 minutes (automated), increases release frequency from monthly to weekly, and achieves 99.5% uptime in production. Performance testing demonstrates optimal response times (200–500 ms) and database query efficiency (50–300 ms) under load
