This paper applies the Temporal Dynamics Framework to Brocard's Conjecture, which states that for consecutive primes pₙ and p₍+₁ with n >= 2, there are at least four primes between pₙ² and p₍+₁². Comprehensive computational verification and resonance analysis are performed through the Universal Prime framework. Two diagnostic figures are included. Paper 34 in the Temporal Dynamics Framework Research Series.
