Exploration of the potential of using the Relative Presence Profile (RPP) to determine the presence and influence of individuals in the sessions of the States General in the Dutch Republic (1576-1796). This approach moves beyond previous attempts to measure influence based solely on numerical dominance by considering the presence of all deputies.
