This research offers enhanced understanding of how sustainable development affects the community through a literature review. The literature review examines different government policies across multiple levels regarding sustainable development. Karnataka stands out in renewable energy, particularly in solar and wind power, and has significantly aided India’s clean energy goals. Policies that foster inclusive growth encompass waste management reforms, afforestation efforts, and rural development programs. The research paper concludes with a recap of the primary results and highlights the significance of sustainable development in encouraging community involvement. The document also offers suggestions for policymakers and practitioners regarding how to attain the objective of sustainable development. This empirical study will add to the expanding body of literature on sustainable development and its importance in promoting the clean environment initiative, transitioning to eco-friendly products, reminding leaders of the commitments of the Global Goals, and pushing for justice.
