This study examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence on e-commerce growth, highlighting its role in enhancing customer experience, increasing sales, and improving decision-making for e-commerce businesses. AI technologies such as personalized recommendation systems, chat bots, dynamic pricing, predictive analytics, and intelligent inventory management enable businesses to better understand customer behavior and optimize their operations. The paper also discusses the role of AI in supporting marketing strategies, customer service, logistics, and fraud detection, which collectively contribute to improved competitiveness and profitability. However, the adoption of AI in e-commerce presents several challenges, including high implementation costs, data privacy and security concerns, lack of skilled professionals, system integration complexities, ethical issues, and rapid technological changes.
