This paper applies the Temporal Dynamics Framework to the Amaterasu ultra-high-energy cosmic ray particle detected at 244 EeV in 2021. The Temporal Dynamics Framework independently identified A = 244 as a critical structural boundary in nuclear stability analysis (the transition from unstable to superheavy elements) before the Amaterasu particle's energy was known. The paper proposes that the energy scale is linked to the bosonic state count of approximately 245, 000 = 2³ x 5⁴ x 7² (composed entirely of Universal Prime factors). No astrophysical source is required under this interpretation. Paper 12 in the Temporal Dynamics Framework Research Series.
